There are a two ways to register your children.  

​

1. Print a form for each child you intend to register, fill out the form and mail, email, fax or drop off at the church office.  The church office is open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9am - 12noon.  

 

2. Fill out a form for your child and press submit. Repeat for each child to be enrolled. If submit does not work on your computer you may have to refer to the directions stated above.
